My name is Eric Walker...
…and I’ve taught singing lessons for over 20 years, helping students of all ages to maximize their vocal potential! Embracing a variety of vocal styles (pop, country, jazz, classical, rock, gospel, etc.) I’ve helped students excel in musical theater, ace college auditions, travel as lead singers with rock bands, record music videos and even reach the higher levels of American Idol auditions!
I hold both Bachelor and Master degrees in vocal music and have directed vocal groups traveling internationally to more than 10 countries on 4 continents. I’ve personally produced more than 25 full-scale musical/ theatrical stage productions with casts of over 200, and ticketed audiences of up to 10,000.
I hold a K-12 certification with 10 years experience as a public school music teacher. I’ve also served 10 years as a university professor, teaching private voice, as well as classes in music theory, music history, world music etc. Finally, I’ve produced 3 studio albums and organized regional concert events for more than 50 nationally known artists including Randy Travis, Chris Tomlin, Jeremy Camp, Michael W. Smith, Matthew West and Mercy Me.
